The Commission "UniCredit Start Lab for South" will meet on July, 20 to evaluate the best startups in the region.

The 2 winning startups will be offered several opportunities, including: 

• access to the Startup Academy the coaching and managerial training program organized by the UniCredit Start Lab team;
• participation in territorial Open Innovation initiatives with UniCredit Corporate clients in order to evaluate potential commercial/industrial/technological partnerships;
• opportunity to get in touch with potential local investors (Business Angels, Venture Capital, Early Stage Funds etc.) selected by UniCredit;
• the assignment of a dedicated UniCredit Relationship Manager.

The six finalists, presented by Campania NewSteel and Impact Hub Bari, are as follows:

Culture Digitali 

Culture Digitali has developed CVMAN, an AI-powered SAAS for HR teams to optimize the search for the ideal candidate. The product enables the optimization of a talent pool, allowing recruiters to prioritize their focus on candidate quality, saving time, costs, and aligning the company culture in the right direction.

Foodu  

Foodu is an all-in-one market research platform specifically for food&beverage. The platform began as a participatory e-commerce, in which customers provide their feedback on products for sale in a systematic and accurate manner. Feedback was initially used to optimize the e-commerce offerings, but opinions have become critically important to brands as consumer feedback system.

Logogramma    

Logogramma develops solutions for the optimization of business processes integrating Machine Learning, Deep Learning and NLP techniques with Graph technology and gaming creativity. The startup is incubated in Campania New Steel and boasts several partnerships with international Universities and Research Centers.

Robosan            

The ROBOSAN robotic platform automates sample preparation at Points of Care, reducing errors and processing times. It provides real-time error detection, sample classification, sanitization, and packaging. The collected data are used to optimize the HUB-SPOKE laboratory model.

Sestre  

Sestre is a femtech startup which is supporting at 360° fertility and female hormonal balance through a combo of monitoring and treatments: Nutraceutical supplements developed based on scientific research in partnership with University from Mediterranean food and Digital Platform called FemDiary that collects every day user's data to monitoring their healthy progress.

Vegery 

Vegery affiliates Veg menus only (vegan and vegetarian options from restaurants/takeaways) in a single app, making them easily accessible and available for home delivery. This ensures the end consumer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. On the other hand, the affiliates join a platform that reflects their ethical and moral values, enhance their work and promotes healthy food in a healthy way.
