Mentor Day 2025 will take place on November 12th, the event that marks the launch of the mentorship program, one of the pillars of the UniCredit Start Lab business platform.

The 59 selected startups in the 12th edition of the Program, active in the Life Sciences, Clean Tech, Digital, Innovative Made in Italy, and Impact Innovation sectors, will have the opportunity to meet with over 70 mentors from the Start Lab network to shape their respective growth paths.

Each team will participate in one-on-one meetings with mentors, with the aim of identifying their specific needs and subsequently assigning them one or more mentors from the platform, selected from among leading figures in innovation and business. Mentors will share their expertise, experience, and network to offer the startups concrete and personalized support and monitor their development.
