Tech Women for Sustainable Business
UniCredit Journey for impact Transformation
The project aims to support 20 female-led start-ups/scaleups in their journey towards a sustainable business that is attentive to all ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues, capable of creating economic value and a positive impact on society and planet.
The project is realized by UniCredit Start Lab in collaboration with Nativa, the first Benefit Corporation and B Corp in Europe.
The overall initiative is based on 5 appointments that start on April 21st 2021 and include two workshops focused on WHY - to fully understand the themes of Sustainable Innovation, the Benefit Corporation paradigm and the exponential dynamics in the environmental, social, economic, technological fields and their implications for the prosperity of companies, and WHAT - to learn about the key tools available for companies to design a sustainable business model.
This is followed by two one-to-one advisory meetings with Nativa experts to carry out an individual assessment and suggest a proper strategy to implement a sustainable business model.
The process will end with a wrap up meeting in November to share best practices, challenges and learnings.
