The Commission on Innovative Made in Italy will meet on June, 23 to evaluate the best startups in the sector.

The startups selected to participate in UniCredit Start Lab 2022 will be offered several opportunities, including: 

  • participation in meetings with UniCredit Corporate clients in order to evaluate potential commercial/industrial/technological partnerships, both in ad hoc sectoral initiatives and in one-to-one meetings;
  • opportunity to get in touch with possible investors, including international ones, in dedicated initiatives;
  • access to the Startup Academy and other initiatives as part of the coaching and managerial training program organized by the UniCredit Start Lab team;
  • guidance from professional Mentors, consultants and entrepreneurs, who will help them develop their businesses by offering skills and providing access to networks;
  • the assignment of a dedicated UniCredit manager.

The winner will also receive a cash prize of €10,000.

IZ RENEWABLE LUXURY              

Disused smartphones and PCs are gold and silver mines considered a problem for the future or an opportunity for the present. The iZ Precious community wants to generate sustainable value by bringing these mines into jewelry, eyewear, watches and fashion accessories by helping brands to have sustainable precious metals.

LAGALENE HOLISTIC BEAUTY

Copyright protects their innovative idea and the latest generation ingredients make Lagalene cosmetics unique, refined, and above all effective. With a buyback rate greater than 75%, the brand is positioned in a niche market with an aware and informed target.

LEB WORLD (by Packaging Nail Solution)            

LEB World innovates nail polish packaging by patenting a soft tube applicator with disposable bristles, focusing on sustainability of materials, hygiene and speed of the system. In a hyper-connected world, LEB also connected its nail polish to the network, with an IoT system, thus being able to monitor the number of remaining applications, update new collections and propose subscriptions.

MODUS INTARSIA (by Yarn Sustain)      

Modus Intarsia has developed and produces high-quality yarns and products made from the brushed undercoat of dogs. The yarns with the highest quality standards developed by them are called Chiengora® and Chiencell, which are comparable to other fine fibres such as Cashmere, Angora or Mohair. The product is collected with the help of a network of breeders who, during normal grooming, do not discard the undercoat but collect it for production. Modus Intarsia makes a donation to the animals for each undercoat package received.

TWINONE         

TwinOne SEE* is a software that enables designers and creatives from different fields to visually express their ideas and edit them in real time with hyper-realistic quality. It is a software suitable for designing product collections, presenting them and creating cross channel communication materials. Ease of use, realtime, photorealism and sustainability are the key features of the solution.

DIVINEA            

Established in 2019, Divinea is a tech company with the aim of helping Italian wineries to communicate in a simple and effective way with their customers through the promotion of wine tourism and direct to consumer sale of wine.

HYGGE

Hygge is a pet-food platform that offers a personalized service, following the customers from food selection to delivery. Based on an initial test, designed in collaboration with veterinarians and nutritionists, it identifies the most suitable food formulation for each dog's health needs.

MACAI 

Macai is building a next generation grocery retailer, aiming to become an online leading player, delivering in less than an hour curated goods and daily essentials from their stores.

ORAPESCE         

Orapesce.it is a web platform offering its customers a home delivery service of fresh fish, already cleaned and ready to be cooked or previously prepared fish based dishes. The project generates value for the whole supply chain, enhances the role of the small cooperatives of local fishermen and ensures sustainability in packaging and food conservation processes.

SOONEAT          

Sooneat is a cloud-based online ordering aggregator that connects closeby food businesses and allows for multi-restaurant ordering. With Sooneat customers order (and pre-order) dishes from different restaurants and have a single checkout experience. They work wherever there is a food court (shopping centers, airports, train stations, ...) to improve customer satisfaction while boosting revenues.
