UniCredit Start Lab 2018: Now accepting applications

 

 

The UniCredit Start Lab business accelerator program is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for the 2018 edition.

 

Designed for startups and innovative SMEs that have been in operation for less than five years, UniCredit Start Lab gives new businesses a boost through a range of activities, from cash prizes to mentoring, networking, management training.

 

Businesses that participate in the program are assigned their own UniCredit relationship manager and, provided they meet certain requirements, can be introduced to potential investors. Moreover, many are offered access to UniCredit's "Digitalb2b" platform and use complementary workspace at the UniCredit Business Center in Milan.

 

To be considered for UniCredit Start Lab 2018, applicants must develop and present an original and innovative business proposal, and the business must have been formed less than 60 months before the application deadline. Applicants must complete and submit the following items according to the instructions on the registration website by 19:00 CET on April 9, 2018:

  1. Program application

  2. Complete business plan

  3. Consent form and statement on personal data processing

    The application must include:

  1. The applicant's résumé or, in the case of a group, the résumés of every member.

  2. Declaration by the applicant(s) attesting to the absence of any criminal convictions/injunctions/civil judgments/administrative proceedings, and the absence of any pending criminal proceedings and disputes in general against the company, if it has already been formed.

  3. Executive summary of the business plan of the startup or innovative SME (optional).

  4. A copy of the identification of the applicant or of all the members of a group of applicants.

  5. A photo of the applicant or of all of the members of a group of applicants.

  6. Video pitch of no more than two minutes presenting the applicant(s) and the business idea (optional).

     

    Companies that have already been formed should also submit:

     

    a) An executive summary of the business plan or material describing the company (optional).

     

    b) The company's Certificate of Registration from the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

     

    c) A JPEG image file of the company's logo.

     

    The UniCredit Start Lab website is currently accepting applications 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that your application package may not exceed 10 MB.
