The Commission, after evaluating and voting on the projects, determined the final ranking as follows:

the award of first place to Sefthy which has developed a fully Plug&Play Backup and Disaster Recovery platform designed for SMEs. In the event of an on-premise server failure, Sefthy reactivates business services (CRM, ERP, etc.) in the Cloud in just a few minutes, making them immediately accessible to the client's network through a transparent connection. All of this without any need to modify IPs, firewalls, or network configurations, ensuring Business Continuity with no impacts on operations.

At second place is Joule, an HR Tech platform that leverages AI to make recruiting and talent management processes faster, more objective, and data-driven. The core of the solution is JAI, a proprietary patented algorithm that analyzes soft skills, attitudes, and potential through a 40-second video presentation. The startup aims to overcome the limitations of traditional tools by providing more reliable assessments compared to CV-only evaluations. The technology, developed with the contribution of engineers and psychologists, combines verbal and non-verbal signals to deliver a comprehensive candidate profile, supporting both companies and talent.

Third place awarded to Gamindo which has developed an AI-first SaaS platform that enables companies to create highly engaging training and communication content within minutes, leveraging the integration of gamification and generative artificial intelligence. The solution enables the creation of interactive experiences starting from simple prompts or existing documents, accessible both through asynchronous e-learning and synchronous training sessions. Content can be distributed via web, QR code, or LMS integration (SCORM). The platform also includes advanced analytics, automated multilingual translation, and premium services for enterprise clients, such as custom content development and dedicated training sessions.

The Commission also granted a special mention to FairMind which has developed an Agentic Platform that enables the orchestration and governance of AI Agents across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), supporting the construction of AI-native software development environments. The solution, designed for adoption in complex enterprise environments with a focus on legacy systems, integrates specialized agents covering the full activity cycle from requirements gathering to code generation and testing, including the orchestration of coding agents and Open Weight models. The objective is to improve efficiency, control, and quality in complex and regulated software development processes.

The other startups that will join the UniCredit Start Lab business platform are (in alphabetical order):

A-Cube has developed an API first platform that enables the end to end management of tax and document workflows, connecting enterprise systems, financial institutions, and public administrations within a single interoperable architecture. The solution allows real-time management of e-invoicing, e-receipts, e-archiving, e-reporting, and compliance processes in complex regulatory environments, ensuring scalability and operational continuity.

-------------------------------------------

Nebuly has developed a software platform for user analytics in generative AI applications and agents that analyzes, at scale, conversations between users and AI systems in order to extract insights on user intent, satisfaction, churn risk, and the ROI of GenAI initiatives, also identifying optimization and growth opportunities. The solution integrates via API with existing conversation logs and positions itself as an intermediate layer between users and the leading artificial intelligence models.

-------------------------------------------

Prodigy Products has developed an Enterprise AI Platform that enables companies to become AI-native in less than 90 days. Built on a proprietary, secure PaaS architecture compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act, the platform integrates AI modules, analytics, and process orchestration within a scalable environment. The solution reduces implementation complexity and failure risk, accelerating time-to-value and decreasing adoption timelines by up to 60%, with full governance and end-to-end control.

-------------------------------------------

Soource is a B2B SaaS Vendor Intelligence platform designed to transform how companies manage their suppliers across the entire procurement lifecycle. The solution integrates into a single environment the discovery of new suppliers, continuous data enrichment (compliance, ESG, certifications, risk), and the automation of qualification and RFX processes (a family of formal requests sent by companies to suppliers), eliminating operational inefficiencies, reducing supply chain risks and improving decision-making quality.

-------------------------------------------

Spoki is a conversational customer engagement platform designed to support companies in managing customer communication via WhatsApp and voice calls. In particular, the solution helps businesses increase revenues by enabling them to send promotional messaging campaigns, integrate conversational flows with systems such as e-commerce, ERP, and CRM, and deliver fast and efficient customer support via chat, also leveraging artificial intelligence.
