The startups accessing the program are accompanied by mentors from UniCredit network who, on an ongoing basis, provide them with concrete and personalized support.

First, startups are invited in one-to-one meetings with Start Lab team, to identify the specific needs of each and assign them one or more mentors from the platform. Mentors will offer dedicated support to facilitate the development of a wider network and tailored advice to tackle specific issues.

We have gathered a pool of national and international mentors who, over the past 10 years, have successfully supported more than 560 startups of our network. Among them, professionals from the consulting world, lawyers, entrepreneurs from UniCredit's network and innovation experts. These professionals will assist startups through at least four meetings in the next 12 months, sharing their views on possible critical issues or potential opportunities.
