The ecological transition is favouring the adoption of alternative technologies in the manufacturing industry, replacing traditional materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) with innovative materials capable of obtaining better performance, reduction in energy consumption and longer life in various applications. Nano-Tech is a player in the field of nano technologies that offers a wide portfolio of advanced products (12) by improving the quality and performance of base materials, such as plastics, resins, paints and composites in general, altering their characteristics for the required needs.
Thanks to a patented technology and the know-how in the homogeneous and effective dispersion of nano particles within polymers, the products developed by Nano-Tech are more robust, lighter, more resistant to heat, with a better electrical conductivity and able to reduce vibrations. Some of Nano-Tech's main products are:
• C-preg 400, a patented material that allows mechanical resistance and stability up to 400 ° C. The applications of the product are currently developed in the automotive sector, thanks to commercial relationships with various F1 teams; C-preg 400 it can also be used in the production of components for the aeronautical-space and nautical sectors;
• NANOLITE (N125L), is made up of a nano-engineered carbon fiber fabric that combines strong mechanical resistance andgreater lightness. To date, the product is used in the automotive and aerospace sectors;
• Nano Force E, an epoxy resin whose distinctive feature is the internal dispersion of nano particles that make it mechanically more resistant but easy to work. It is currently used for laminating surfaces (eg surfboards);
• Nano Force S, an electrically conductive thermoplastic material used in sensors and antistatic barriers.
Nano-Tech aims to expand the sale of premium materials, within its offered product range, to a higher number of applications.
