Energy Dome is an innovative startup with the mission to fight climate change.The startup invented a breakthrough technology called CO2 Battery that take advantage of the physical properties of CO2 to store large quantities of energy effectively and cost efficiently allowing for the renewables sources of energy to become dispatchable.

Thanks to the strength of the team, Energy Dome, in 2 years since the entrance in operations, has been able to build an actual plant at industrial scale (2,5 MW - 4 MWh) entered in operations in May 2022 and it is now providing actual services to the electrical grid in Sardinia.Whit this first plant up and running, Energy Dome completed the de-risking of the technology and is now commercializing the full scale CO2 Battery (20 MW - 200 MWh) worldwide trying to de-carbonize the energy sector
