Paperbox Health aims to provide an innovative solution to the challenge of accessing early identification and subsequent treatment of Learning Disorders (LD). The method used has been developed relying on evidence from scientific literature, particularly the 2021 Guidelines for the Management of Specific Learning Disorders issued by the Ministry of Health, which identify signals that could lead to the development of LD. Building upon these findings, DINO, a web-based video game, has been created for the early identification and treatment of learning disorders, with a specific focus on dyslexia. It can be used from the age of 5, whereas current diagnostic methods are applicable from the age of 7 onwards. The average duration of a gaming session is 15 minutes, with no waiting times. DINO can be played on any device (minimum 9.5 inches), is linguistically accessible, and currently includes 5 different levels of gameplay. The product has completed the testing phase and entered the final calibration stage, after which only clinical experimentation remains to certify DINO as a Medical Device.
