An exceptional guest will meet the innovators who are participating in the Startup Academy 2021

The Startup Academy 2021 - the managerial training program for the 70 promising innovators selected by UniCredit Start Lab in the Life Science, Clean Tech, Digital, Innovative Made in Italy and Impact Innovation sectors - has reached its final stage.

The journey has been intensive. A launch event followed by 6 training sessions to deepen the crucial issues for the development of startups during their life cycle, strengthen the managerial skills of the founders and create virtuous connections between startups and strategic partners of UniCredit Start Lab's business platform.

But also 3 practical sessions to analyze case studies, 3 in-depth workshops and individual sessions with experts on legal and tax issues, on the European funding scheme and on web services available for startups, as well as cross introductions with primary Italian VCs and business angels networks.

Last but not least, a final surprise for the startups that, on November 9th, will be able to meet an exceptional guest, Magnus Scheving, at UniCredit Tower in Milan.

Successful international entrepreneur, as well as athlete, motivator and public speaker, Magnus has created the children's television series Lazy Town. The series aims at motivating children to make healthy choices. It has been broadcasted in more than 170 countries, reaching 500 million households, and has won numerous awards.

The event will provide an opportunity to be inspired by the philosophy and beliefs of a successful leader. Magnus will show his approach in developing a recognizable and lasting style for a brand and will explain how to redefine profit and build - following the example of Lazytown - an ethical organization not only focused on numbers.
