Using a refrigerated plate chilled to -25°C, the innovative production process enables servers to prepare ice cream with fresh ingredients, eliminating the need for a traditional kitchen, machinery or inventory. Mashcream offers a new consumer experience and opportunities to set up points of sale either in storefronts or street carts.
