Business Idea

The service developed by Restworld was created with the aim of connecting Horeca businesses with workers seeking employment within the sector. Restworld offers a "Digital Career Assistant Platform" for workers: by signing up for the service, an artificial intelligence allows it to collect information classified into 52 variables by extracting it from workers' CVs and remapping it thanks to a proprietary taxonomy composed of 67 job roles and more than 1,200 skill combinations. This information autogenerates a new digital CV of the worker, ensuring uniformity and curbing any biases (linguistic, aesthetic, graphic or other), so as to promote a fair and transparent selection process. 
The worker can, at this point, spontaneously apply for the positions available on the platform, thanks to the AI-generated digital CV. To ensure the highest degree of transparency, Restworld always reports details about the type of employment contract offered and the expected salary for the position. Workers, based on the information entered and subject to their availability, receive proposals directly from the platform for job positions for which they are found to be suitable.
In case of acceptance, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), internal resources within the startup that work with the goal of facilitating the matching of supply and demand, contact the worker to provide the specifics of the position and proceed with sending the profile to the employer. The worker support activity concludes with the post-matching phase, during which the progress of the relationship between employer and worker is monitored (interviews, tests, hiring proposals) and the commencement of the professional collaboration is confirmed.
Additionally, Restworld positions itself for employers as a "Recruiter As A Service" : the relationship with the employer, to date, begins with a telephone interview with the dedicated CSM who takes charge of the relationship with the employer for the entire life cycle in Restworld. On this occasion, a variety of information (categorized into 46 variables) is collected regarding the characteristics of the employer, the venue, and the figure sought. Matching between worker and employer takes place based on the evaluation and comparison of these variables with those entered by the worker. Subsequently, Restworld supports the client along all stages of interviewing, testing and hiring the selected worker. Within the platform, the employer client can view their open positions and proceed to view the proposed profiles.
The platform is distinguished by a high degree of user segmentation: employers are categorized according to business type, company size, venue style, target clientele, cuisine type, and seasonality; similarly, workers are categorized according to age, gender, location, industry, role, skills, past experience, willingness to relocate, etc.
