Business Idea

Vivaio addresses a growing need in the booming creator economy by offering operational, strategic, and financial support to content creators who want to launch their own consumer brands.
With 31% of social media users relying on creators for purchasing decisions, there is a significant opportunity for creators with strong communities to build successful businesses and generate long-term equity value. However, many creators lack the necessary know-how, network, and experience to initiate such ventures. Vivaio positions itself as an end-to-end partner for the ideation, launch, and scaling of creator brands. The timing is ideal: success stories are emerging, traditional players are entering the market, tech tools are boosting productivity, and Italy is a leading manufacturing hub for these types of consumer products.
The Vivaio model addresses key challenges in the consumer sector. On the market side, Vivaio brands benefit from reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC) by leveraging creators' communities. On the operational side, Vivaio's shared infrastructure allows brands to convert fixed costs into variable ones while unlocking economies of scale, learning, and network effects.
Vivaio strengthens its partnerships with creators by acquiring a minority stake in each joint venture at launch. It returns on its investment through service fees for managing day-to-day operations and anticipates strong returns from exiting its portfolio brands. Currently, Vivaio supports over 15 brands with strategic and operational services, with the goal of becoming a leading brand management group within five years.
